It’s been really busy recently, rolling out a mixture of Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development and Telesales training! In the main this has been in the challenged world of Oil & Gas in Aberdeen where many companies have had to take a hard look at current resource levels and their effectiveness.
Refreshingly many companies have opted to take the opportunity to engage ourselves and upscale the Technical teams, Engineers, Project Managers, Key Account Managers, Proposals Managers, Contracts Managers, Design Engineers in Sales & Business Development & Key Account Management in particular. We’ve met some great people and have been really impressed by their desire to add commerciality to the undoubted technical skills that they posses.
